OneFlex (HK) Limited (“OneFlex”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, or by submitting your details to join the OneFlex Waiting List, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit any information.

2. The OneFlex Waiting List (Important – Please Read Carefully)

The Waiting List is a pre-launch sign-up for updates and news about OneFlex.

  • Joining the Waiting List does not create any contractual right or guarantee that you will be offered membership when (or if) OneFlex launches.
  • Membership will be subject to availability (the service is capped at a limited number of spots) and final terms at launch.
  • OneFlex is still in development. We have not yet secured partnerships with any gym chains. There is no guarantee that the platform will launch, that any particular gyms will participate, or that any user will receive access.
  • We may change, suspend, cancel, or modify the Waiting List or the entire service at any time without notice or liability.

3. User Conduct and Accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to OneFlex. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFlex and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in the Waiting List, including any disappointment or loss of opportunity if the service does not launch or is delayed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
